Adam Tolander Bags Top Stack As 50 Players Advance after Day 1C

Day 1c of the Mid-States Poker Tour (MSPT) Riverside $1,110 Main Event attracted 360 runners, and with the 358 totals from the previous two flights, brought the final number up to 718 entries.

The combined fields generated a $694,960 prize pool, and the top 72 players will get paid a minimum of $2,293 while the eventual winner will walk away with a $142,467 first-place prize.

At the end of the third and final flight, 50 players bagged and tagged with Adam Tolander bagging the top stack of the night with 4310,000, good for second overall.

Others to bag big stacks where MSPT Black Hawk champ Nick Barksdale (417,000) Dave Kenniston (382,000), David Gonia (367,000), and Renato Spahiu (365,000) who rounded out the top five.

They were joined by Mark Lafata (295,000), MSPT champ Max Havlish (239,000), Colden Carlson (237,000), WSOP bracelet winner John Reading (221,000), defending champ Lee Rzentkowski (192,00), and Angela Jordison (161,000).

The surviving players from all three flights – of which there are 92 (12 from Day 1A, 30 from 1B, and 50 from 1C) – will return at 11 a.m. local time on Sunday, March 19th to play down to a winner.
